ROPAK

ROPAK is a schools based program for students and parents that teaches key
life skills and creates the elements of a Rite of Passage.

 

ROPAK is designed specifically to empower young Australians and promote respectful, healthy and openly communicative relationships with their peersand families as well as engaging their communities.

 

ROPAK is designed to help teenagers:

 

  • Avoid the dangers of drugs, alcohol and risk taking behaviours
  • Create support systems within the family as well as their immediate community
  • Focus on their strengths and inspire them to reach their full potential
  • Teach them how to have healthy, respectful relationships

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

ROPAK is for boys and girls age 11-15 and runs over 6 weeks, 1 night per week each session 2.5 hours. Sessions are run at a venue at your school.

 

Boys will attend with their fathers or a male mentor and girls will attend with their mothers or a female mentor. Please note that boys and girls programs will be run separately.
