CAMPS
Our range of Rites of Passage camps have been supporting families for over 30 years. Not only are they designed to help young people become more responsible and resilient but they are proven to strengthen family relationships, which in turn strengthen communities.
THE MAKING OF MEN PROGRAM
The Making of Men program is an evidence based program that will help your teenage son transition from being a boy into being a respectful, healthy and confident young man. This five day program is held at our purpose-built facility near Byron Bay and is available for boys aged 14-17 to attend with their father or male mentor. Participants will learn the skills and values needed to be a healthy man in today’s society, as well as develop a vision for the future. The program costs $3590 per pair (payment plans available) which includes airport transfers from the Gold Coast airport and all meals and activities, and it is being run on 8-12 April 2025, 22-26 April 2025, 8-12 July 2025 or 30 September – 2 October 2025.
A CAMP FOR ALL YOUNG WARRIORS
An overnight camp for 7-11 year olds to attend with either parent, combining fun, connection and honest conversations. Your child will love the undivided attention whilst adults have an opportunity to honour their child and deepen their connection as well as meet a network of other parents and be guided through some simple parenting strategies that can be great take home tools. The camp costs $950 per pair (payment plans available) which includes all meals and activities with the camp running from 21-22 June 2025.
FATHER AND DAUGHTER
A three day/two night camp for fathers to attend with their 7-11 year old daughter. The camp is packed with unique and engaging activities, as well as time set aside to support dads to think about what they can do to best support their daughters at this critical time in their development. The camp costs $1590 per pair (payment plans available) which includes all meals and activities with the camp running from 6-8 June 2025.
MOTHER AND SON
This three day/two night camp aims to support mothers and 10-13 year old sons as they transition into adolescence. This camp is designed to support you both on the journey and give you a grounding in yourselves and your relationship, learn respectful communication, and create healthy boundaries. The camp costs $1590 per pair (payment plans available) which includes all meals and activities with the camp running from 28-30 March 2025 or 9-11 May 2025.
MOTHER AND DAUGHTER
Our Mother and Daughter camp supports girls aged 14-16 as they embark on a contemporary Rite of Passage. Your daughter will discover her power, learn about healthy boundaries, use her voice, let go of perfectionism and navigate her inner critic. Over the course of the camp, you will both be given tools to put into practice back at home and you will leave with a deeper bond. The camp costs $1590 per pair (payment plans available) which includes all meals and activities with the camp running from 18-20 July 2025.
TRAINING
Our Rites of Passage training will help you to design and deliver high impact programs tht help others as they move through life’s transitions.
Level 1 Leadership Training - The Rite of Passage Framework
Held over three days, this training is designed to help you design and develop truly transformational programs. The training explains the model and methodology of the Rites of Passage Framework and the theory behind transformation, it supports you in adopting the mindset and confidence required to inspire and guide others as they transition from one stage of life to the next.
Level 2 Leadership Training - Facilitation Skills and Program Design
Focussing on facilitation skills, this training follows on from Level 1 and equips you with the skills and tools to become a transformational facilitator who can run meaningful and healthy Rites of Passage programs. Combining a mixture of facilitated sessions, specialised workshops and the opportunity to practice scenarios, this workshop is run by Dr Arne Rubinstein and specialised guest facilitators.
ONLINE INTRODUCTION
Our 6-module online course with Dr. Arne Rubinstein designed to teach you what a Rite of Passage is and why it matters so much today. If you are a parent, grandparent, teacher or just interested in Rites of Passage, this introductory course is a great way to find out more.
ONLINE LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Launching in 2025, our online Level 1 Leadership Training is for anyone who cannot make our in-person programs. Delivered over six weeks, this self paced and facilitated course will help you develop your own Rite of Passage programs for your community.
TRANSFORMATIONAL EDUCATION
We have created Transformational Education to support students’ wellbeing throughout their educational journey. By threading the Rites of Passage framework into the Wellbeing Curriculum, and designing Rites of Passage camps at key milestone moments in the students’ experience, we are able to support your students to strengthen their sense of self, discover their potential, build resilience and create healthy relationships.
